At the request of insiders, when you turn off the sound, the volume will no longer turn on when you use the volume keys on the hardware keyboard until you increase the volume or turn on the sound manually.
Several improvements have been made to Narrator when working with some Windows controls:
The announcer now uses a more clear description of how to output sound in the “Select a playback device” drop-down list in the “Volume” pop-up menu.
The announcer now provides additional information in the “Add Bluetooth or Another Device” dialog box in the “Settings” application the first time you open it.
The problem is fixed, due to which the new icon next to the item “Scan using Microsoft Defender” in the Explorer context menu did not have a transparent background.
Fixed an issue that could cause the “Default Applications” page to crash in the settings when trying to change the default settings.
Fixed an issue where the search box was missing in some applications.
The problem was fixed due to which some files could not be opened in win32 applications from Explorer, when the file path was very long and part of the path included East Asian characters.
Fixed an issue due to which thumbnails were not created for images inside the Working folder.
The problem is fixed, due to which the addition of the Session column to the Users tab in the Task Manager made it impossible to expand the information for a specific user.
Updating to this assembly is not available for ARM devices due to a problem that leads to error checking.
BattlEye and Microsoft have discovered incompatibility issues between some Insider Preview builds and certain versions of the BattlEye anti-cheat code. To protect insiders who may have these versions installed, they will be limited to upgrading to some Windows Insider Preview builds.
Narrator and NVDA users using the latest version of Chromium-based Microsoft Edge may have some difficulty navigating and reading certain web content. Narrator, NVDA, and Edge development teams are aware of these issues. Users of the classic version of Microsoft Edge do not experience these difficulties. NVAccess has released a new version of NVDA 2019.3, which solves known issues with Edge.
The problem reports with the update process that has been hanging for a long period of time when trying to install a new assembly are examined.
Some devices may encounter an error and a green screen (GSOD) during reboot to install this update. If this happens, log in, schedule the time to install the update, and then log out of all user profiles before the scheduled installation. Installation will continue as expected.
The “Documents” section in the “Privacy” section has an incorrect icon (just a rectangle).
When trying to use the Win + PrtScn combination to capture a screenshot, the image is not saved in the screenshot directory. At the moment, you need to use one of the other options for taking screenshots, for example, a combination of WIN + Shift + S.
The reports are examined in which, when the “Deployment Image Servicing and Management System” (DISM) is launched, the process stops at 84.9%.

This will bring up a menu that contains the navigation options. Select it, and then you can use the arrow keys or the mouse to move the window.
