Cumulative update KB4586781 (OS Build 19042.630) is intended for Windows 10 version 20H2 (October 2020 Update) based on x86, x64 (amd64), ARM64 and Windows Server (20H2) processors for x64 and ARM64-based systems. Updates are available as part of Tuesday patches.
Installing via Windows Update
Cumulative update 4586781 for PC is installed automatically through Windows Update. To check, go to Options> Update & Security and click Check for Updates.
A computer restart is required to complete the installation. After the upgrade, the build number of Windows 10 will change to 19042.630 for Windows 10 (version 20H2) and 19041.630 for Windows 10 (version 2004).
