Microsoft has released cumulative update KB4586786 (Build 18363.1198) for Windows 10 (version 1909) and KB4586786 (Build 18362.1198) for Windows 10 (version 1903) as part of Tuesday’s patches. How to download and install new assemblies.
Cumulative update KB4586786 (OS Build 18363.1198) is intended for Windows 10 version 1909 (November 2019 Update) based on x86, x64 (amd64), ARM64 and Windows Server 2019 (1909) processors for x64 and ARM64-based systems.
Updates are available as part of Tuesday patches.
Installing via Windows Update
Cumulative update 4586786 for PC is installed automatically through Windows Update. To check, go to Options> Update & Security and click Check for Updates.
A computer restart is required to complete the installation. After the upgrade, the build number of Windows 10 will change to 18363.1198 for Windows 10 (version 1909) and 18362.1198 for Windows 10 (version 1903).
