Improving the default Applications section

“Selecting standard applications for file types”
“Choosing Standard Protocol Applications”
“Set default value by application”
This change is currently available to 50% of insiders on the Early Access channel so that Microsoft developers can evaluate the quality of the innovation.
Other insider changes
File transfer (drag and drop) between computer and smartphone
The Your Phone application received support for dragging and dropping files (drag and drop) from a Windows 10 computer onto an Android smartphone, and vice versa. File transfer over the air only works for Samsung devices with the built-in Windows Connect feature.
Improvements to the interface of the “Your Phone” application
Insiders of Windows 10 on the Late and Early Access update channels received small changes in the “Your Phone” application: a new button for creating messages appeared, and the dark mode of the application became a little lighter.

The problem is fixed, due to which the “Sketch on a screen fragment” application was launched in the background, and not in the foreground (on top of all windows) when the application was called up by tapping with a pen.
